Her smile,her frown

He didn't know which he preferred

She looked beautiful no matter what face she pulled

Her beauty definitely got his attention

But it was her personality that got his heart

He liked her, he wasn't certain how much

But he liked her...

She thought about him, a lot

More than she knew and she admitted

She couldn't define what they had and what they shared

Maybe it was a connection, or an infatuation

But it was certainly not just friendship...

His feelings for her have grown stronger

He has never felt this way about anyone

She intrigued him

Her honestly and openess startled him at first,

But he gradually grew to admire both

Her dark eyes had a depth and he just wanted to reach into her soul

And feel what she felt

His dimples were just accessories to his handsomeness

They were both completely different, but alike in more ways than one

They argued endlessly about what they both knew were facts that couldn't change

But just having him around gave her a sense of peace and tranquility

Now he had to stop himself

For all he knew he was falling for his teammate's girlfriend

This would really screw things up

But how could he stop

She was a bundle of things words could not describe

She still couldn't define it

Was she in love or was she imagining things?

he liked her, at least it looked that way

But he was hiding something

Should she tell him how she felt?

There he was beating himself up

For letting her go and losing her to the team captain...

She still can't believe it!

None of it mattered anymore
